Paul Sutherland, Convenor, presented the Convenor’s report.

3. Office-holders

The following were nominated and appointed:

• Convenor: Bob Pearson (University of Auckland)
• Treasurer: John Laurie (University of Auckland)
• Other committee members: Peter Kennedy (University of Canterbury), Paul Sutherland (Christchurch City Libraries), Andrew White (Lincoln University).
