- Examines service quality in electronic services provided by NZ university libraries. Uses a Disconfirmation Theory approach to assessing the gaps as perceived by the library’s customers. The objective here is to uncover the component parts and ‘dimensions’ of electronic services. The outcome will be an instrument that any acadmic library can use to assess the service quality of its own electronic services.
